RESEARCH INFORMATION REQUEST

Choosing, navigating and recovering from divorce usually create drama, stress, anxiety and depression.  Often, even after months or years after its completion.  I am gathering information to develop support material for use in my office and for articles and potential publication.

If you have experienced or are experiencing a divorce, I solicit your input.  Please forward to my email specific behaviors your “ex” did that pulled you from a fairly good emotional place and jerked you back into fear, anger, guilt or shame.  (Example:  your spouse commits to do something with your children and calls at the last minute to cancel or just does not show up or the child support payment does not show up, or he/she does something damaging to you where you work.)

Your information will be used in total confidence to offer ideas to help individuals cope emotionally and legally with the divorce process.  Thank you for your assistance!
