Passionately Ever After Counseling Center is the vision of Gary Gabbard, M.A., L.P.C. Gary Gabbard launched his private counseling practice in 1999 in Plano, TX after returning to graduate school in mid-life and earning a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from Amber University (Garland, TX) in 1997.
